1. Definitions

- Customer: Any person or entity booking or using our services.
- Service: Airport transfer services provided by BluePick.co.uk.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change, and the final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure they provide accurate booking details, including flight times and pickup locations.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be on time for pickup. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled time.
- Customers must follow all local laws and regulations during the transfer.
5. Company Responsibilities
- We will ensure vehicles arrive on time and provide professional drivers.
- In case of unavoidable delays (e.g., traffic, weather conditions), we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
- If we fail to provide the booked service, a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
6. Luggage Policy
- Standard luggage allowance includes one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger.
- Excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking and may incur extra charges.
- The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
- BluePick.co.uk is not responsible for missed flights due to delays outside of our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances).
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the transfer.
8. Amendments to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
